I remember seeing ASIMO in a documentary on Tokyo. This amazing robot made by Honda is said to one day be the eyes, arms, and legs for people in an Avatar/Surrogates kind of way. The technology isn’t quite there, but the robot does move extremely lifelike and fluidly and even recognizes people’s faces.
