My Little Pony Fair and Convention
Support the MLP Fair by purchasing an Advertisement in our Convention Booklet! This year, the MY LITTLE PONY Fair is planning on providing our attendees with a full color multipage booklet. Over the past several years, the Fair has experienced great growth and the tri-fold program brochure that we have used in the past, will no longer handle all of our programming information. While we are excited to offer a program booklet to attendees, this does mean that our printing expenses will increase. To attempt to offset these costs, we will be offering a limited number of sponsorship opportunities for both individuals and businesses to promote themselves or their products. Our booklets will be 8.5x 5.5 in size. We are offering 3 different levels of sponsorship: Full page, half page, and quarter page. Sponsors are responsible for creating and submitting their own artwork designs by Friday May 23rd. Acceptable file types include: PDF, Word, Publisher, JPG, and GIF. Payment can be made via PayPal (preferred) or Check/MO made out to Summer Hayes, LLC. Please contact for mailing address. All artwork and PayPal payments should be submitted to summer@mylittleponycon.com If you would like to purchase a sponsorship/advertisement, please reply to summer@mylittleponycon.com with your name, email address, level of sponsorship you would like and how you plan on paying. Payment can be made through PayPal after your request is made, or if you plan on paying via check, an invoice will be sent via email. Any questions about files, layout, or formatting should be sent directly to jenniferrufo@yahoo.com Prices and sizes for 2014 Advertisements/Sponsorships: Full Page: 7.7 (H) x 4.7 (W) – $60 Half Page: 3.85 (H) x 4.7 (W)- $35 Quarter Page: 3.18 (H) x 2.35 (W)- $25 Remember, all artwork must be submitted by the deadline of May 23rd.
